The mission of Virgin Islands Spay and Neuter is to improve the health and welfare of animals in the US Virgin Islands through accessible and affordable spay/neuter services, preventative healthcare, and community support programs. We are dedicated to reducing the number of homeless and unwanted animals in our community and promoting responsible pet ownership through education and outreach.

Our vision is to become the foremost provider of affordable and accessible spay/neuter and wellness services for animals in the US Virgin Islands regardless of their caretaker's income or socio-economic status. We aspire to create a more compassionate and sustainable future for both animals and people in the Virgin Islands, where every pet is cherished, cared for, and valued.
